Robert Hopper, Ph.D., was an NCAA swimming champion at Ohio State University before earning his Ph.D. at the University of Southern California. Bob has 30 years experience in the healthcare world, and 15 years in the insurance industry. He is a former President of the Santa Barbara, CA, chapter of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA), and is also a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU). Dr. Hopper currently owns Hopper Insurance Services and is one of the country's leading experts on HSAs.

Bob speaks regularly on why the HSA Strategy is a smarter way of doing health insurance, and enjoys taking on the role of "futurist" to describe how healthcare will look in the future.

His hobbies include jazz guitarist for the Torchlighters, a local jazz group, regular golf with his wife, and cooking.
